The original ENGINEERS REPORTS was formed in 1991 to meet the demands of homeowners who had subsidence or other structural problems, and homebuyers who had to address structural problem/concerns before proceeding with the purchase of a new home or flat. A network of structural engineers was established covering the entire UK.
Over the years the business has expanded its services to include surveyors, electricians, plumbers and other property specialists, to provide all types of reports which may be required by homeowners and homebuyers.
ENGINEERS REPORTS is now a separate division of WRD Engineers Limited. WRD Engineers Limited is owned and managed by Mike Royall and Philippa Dixon - both Charted Civil Engineers.
Our head office and control centre for all types of surveys & reports is located in Southampton. Our surveyors, Engingeers and other property specialists network overs the whole of the UK.
