These are required for your builders to know what size beams etc. are required and must be submitted for Building Regulations approval. Unless the project is simple, you may have or require architectural plans. If not, give us a call, and we may be able to put you in touch with a local architect. If you already have architectural plans, email them to us and we can normally give you a fixed fee proposal for the structural design. Otherwise just call us to discuss your project.
